Online Scheduling Process
When scheduling your appointment, you’ll be able to choose a time that works best for your schedule. To reserve your visit, we require a card on file, which helps confirm your commitment to both your health and our office.
Within 24 hours of booking, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have before your visit.
For your first appointment, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. During your initial visit, you will receive a thorough consultation and examination, which may include orthopedic testing and digital X-rays if needed.
Our goal is to answer three important questions:
• Can we help you?
• How long will it take?
• How much will it cost?
From there, we will create a customized treatment plan designed specifically for your condition, lifestyle, and health goals — helping you move better, feel better, and live pain-free.
Online Scheduling Guidelines

New Patients: If you have never been seen by Dr. Blitstein, please schedule a New Patient Exam for your first visit.
Insurance Patients: If you plan to use insurance, online scheduling is disabled for your initial visit. Please contact the office directly so our team can assist you with scheduling and verification.
Dry Needling: A Dry Needling Exam is required prior to your first dry needling treatment. Please be sure to schedule the exam before selecting a dry needling visit.
