Online Scheduling Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Blitz Chiropractic for your chiropractic care needs. To ensure your online scheduling appointment is scheduled correctly and your care begins smoothly, please review the following online scheduling guidelines:
New Patients: If you have never been seen by Dr. Blitstein, please schedule a New Patient Exam for your first visit.
Insurance Patients: If you plan to use insurance, online scheduling is disabled for your initial visit. Please contact the office directly so our team can assist you with scheduling and verification.
Dry Needling: A Dry Needling Exam is required prior to your first dry needling treatment. Please be sure to schedule the exam before selecting a dry needling visit.
Appointment Changes: Appointments cannot be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of the scheduled visit.
