Thank you for choosing Blitz Chiropractic. To ensure your appointment is scheduled correctly and your care begins smoothly, please review the following online scheduling guidelines:

• New Patients: If you have never been seen by Dr. Blitstein, please schedule a New Patient Exam for your first visit.
   
• Insurance Patients: If you plan to use insurance, online scheduling is disabled for your initial visit. Please contact the office directly so our team can assist you with scheduling and verification.
   
• Dry Needling: A Dry Needling Exam is required prior to your first dry needling treatment. Please be sure to schedule the exam before selecting a dry needling visit.
   
• Appointment Changes: Appointments cannot be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of the scheduled visit.
